March update!

Likely United is finally here!

So excited to finally release this music! I still remember the day Keith came to me with the desire to start writing more music. He had a general idea and we played around with some chords. I spent a little time alone with the song and then came back with “Signs Keep on Coming.” From there we refined it over months to bring it to it's epitome. Mark Phaff joined us to play harmonica and bass on the tune. It's Keith signing and playing keys and of course I took care of the rest.

“Touch Me Baby” originally started out with a short bit of lyric Keith had come up with and we originally wrote the song to be a standard blues tune. It morphed into something a bit different though. I ended up singing that one and Keith and I performed our respective instruments. Then we decided to put some strangeness into it.

“Rain” is a tune Keith wrote when he was working with a group called Ja' Rhythm, which is actually how I met him. It has a distinct flavor inspired by those days and we worked to make that shine through.

Really hope you enjoy the music from this project. Likely United will certainly have more on the way and eventually some performances!
